SUSTAINABLE TRAINING

TRV|FIT is designed with your life now and in the future in mind. With our functional full-body workouts we improve energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.

TEAM TRAINING

Our community first mentality at TRV|FIT not only helps members transform their lifestyle physically but mentally as well to be a better us all around.

45 MINUTES

It’s proven that bursts of high-intensity workouts followed by some rest is the most effective way to burn fat and boost your metabolism. So 45 minutes is all you need!

CLASS STYLES

We offer 4 class types throughout the week to get the most out of your training and on the road to results faster.

TRV|X

TRV|X is our staple class and will be what you see on the schedule the most. It covers anything from strength training to cardio and most of the time is a happy medium focusing on muscular endurance. We use everything from dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, all the way to rowers and assault bikes. You’ll never take the same class twice!

SWEAT

SWEAT is our HIIT or fat loss and toning class. It is about compound and complex movements to get the heart rate into that fat burning zone. The class is entirely time based and definitely full of energy!

RIOT

Our RIOT class is a huge hit and is a conditioning class built around boxing. You don’t need boxing experience for this class, just some hand wraps and gloves, and a ready to go attitude! It’s a blast of a class!

GRIT

Grit is our new full body strength training program. Inside this class you’ll work through a whole body push/pull workout. Including compound barbell movements along with isolation, and core programming. Class is broken down into circuits and supersets keeping your heart rate elevated to get the best 45min calorie/strength training sweat.

At the onset of the COVID stay at home orders the true colors of... this community really glowed bright as Jess and David jumped to providing zoom sessions uninterrupted. During a time when most people are at home almost continuously and missing out on social interaction – it’s been huge to see familiar faces on the screen and get a good sweat in. Taking it above and beyond they’ve created more and more ways to keep the community engaged and active and provide that accountability check that so many of us need. The classes are great! It’s a 45 minute workout and I’m exhausted after and it moves so quick. Can’t wait to get back but the online programming and support have been amazing!

TrvFit West Bloomfield is the gym to join. The coaches design these incredible workouts that really push you physically and mentally, but in such a supportive and encouraging way. Never did I think... I'd be able to accomplish half the stuff I have, but everyday I am able to challenge and transform myself a little bit more. This place is hand down awesome. Very encouraging Coaches, who push you to do more then you think you can do. I have learned so much in my time here about fitness, health, nutrition, rest, etc..... they are very knowledgeable and continually find ways to educate the community. There is no pressure to be a perfect fitness person here, all level are welcome and they will help you improve no matter where you start. They definitely walk the talk, they jump right in, whether is coming to workouts when they are not coaching or participating in a challenge. Its nice to know they understand and are not asking you to do something they don't already do themselves. Overall its a great environment, great Coaches, great workouts and fun challenges. I was a big box gym go-er for a long time...limited results. I found Trvfit in West Bloomfield and highly recommend this fitness community. I was never one to try a class-based gym because my work... schedule does not allow patterned work hours. Trvfit, however, provides results and a community that you cannot replicate at any other gym. Your motivation changes as you want to be apart of something while also becoming healthier/stronger. It becomes a priority to make the classes because of the community. You can see the results of the individuals around you and in yourself. The small business owners are incredible and truly cater to the needs of their members. TrvFit is INCREDIBLE! The coaches are inspiring, the facility is modern and clean and it's one of those work outs you actually enjoy! They are definitely challenging but the atmosphere is unlike any... other! Not many places have made me feel this comfortable and the results are amazing!read more

Not only do the coaches motivate, but they’re constantly watching to offer tips and/or make sure that the correct form is being used. I love to lift, but I would get bored at my old gym because I... would just do the same workout every time. Here, I have been to 9 class sessions and haven’t had a repeat workout yet! I feel so much stronger in just 2 weeks.read more

The team and leaders here are absolutely amazing!! They spend the time to get to know you on a personal level and truly push you to be the best you can be. The workouts are fun and different and keep... you motivated and the nutrition guidance is like nothing I have ever seen.
